Heritage Visit...

Sun, 12th Oct... Nothing particular in plan... we just had a relaxing Sunday by having Hai Nan food for lunch at Colonial Restaurant. We saw a lot of antique equipments in the restaurant, which triggered us to discuss whether to sell or keep those antique cash registers and typewriters in Kong Kong's shop. Kim Yi Yi insisted to keep but Kong Kong wanted to sell... anyway no conclusion made at the end... ha ha... just a family talk after all :)

After lunch, we went for a heritage tour around that area. We visited the Art Gallery next to the restaurant, followed by Hock Teik Cheng Sin Temple and lastly the Yap Temple. It was the 1st time Poh Poh visited the Yap temple to understand her Yap ancestry, she was thrilled! It's always not too late to trace back your ancestry if you have a chance. I visited the Chuah Temple when I was 1 month old :) "Am I too early???"

Looks what's monster doing???

Raya Open House...

Thurs, 2nd of Oct... We were invited to Auntie Azizan and Uncle James's open house for Raya celebration. Since it was our 1st visit, Uncle James gave us a tour in their beautiful house. Their 2 lovely cats kept running up and down the house, looked busy... Anyway, I kind of enjoyed seeing them playing in the garden.

Auntie Sherine, Emily and Aden came by after us, glad that i got a chance to play with Aden today. Although I'm few months older than Aden, mummy kept saying he is much bigger size than me... ha ha :P

"Do you know why i'm so small size??? Please look at who is my mummy!!!"

Thanks Auntie Azizan for her invitation, it was a great experience for me to understand different culture celebration!

"Everyone says Cheezzeee..."

The Ninth God Festival...

Wed, 1st of Oct... It was holiday again... "Selamat Hari Raya!!" Thus, I was back home with mummy and daddy again... Yippie!!! Instead of Raya holiday, it was the Ninth God Festival too, which was the yearly vegetarian event for my family. I was thrilled that I had the chance to follow my family to the vegetarian stores and taste the nice vegetarian food this year.

"Will I be part of the vegetarian group for this festival when I grow up?? Huh??"

Sickly days...

Mon, 1st of Sep... It supposed to be a great and long holiday for me, too bad i was attacked by the fever virus on Fri when mummy brought me back from auntie's house. This was the 1st time i fall sick till i couldn't have any good sleep at night. I was so so ill... i took medicine more than i ate food :( Mummy was so worried and she didn't have any good sleep too, coz she needed to take are of me at night. "Mummy, so sorry that we have to spend this long holiday at home!!!"

I was so sad that i couldn't enjoy this holiday at all, i wished so much that could go out... thus the day before i went back to auntie's house, daddy and mummy brought me out for awhile to get some moon cakes for auntie.

Look at my sickly face till i needed to take my medicine in the car. After these few tough days, when i was recovering... it was my mummy's turn to fall sick :( So sorry that i have passed the virus over to my beloved mummy.

Little Monster Tai Kor Chai loo....

26th Aug, Tues... A little monster was born in a great morning a year ago, he would like to thank his daddy and mummy for taking good care of him in the past year. "Thanks Pa Pa and Ma Ma! I'm Tai Kor Chai now... will be more monster in this coming year... ha ha!!!"

Since it was my actual birthday, my Ah Kong bought us course dinner at Star View Restaurant, like we were celebrating his birthday... ha ha! Thus, i dressed up formerly to attend the dinner, "Ain't I look smart?"
We had the signature Fish Steamboat, no doubt it was really nice. I was so thrilled that i could manage to taste every single course. "Eating is still what i like the most!!!" The dinner was nothing extra-ordinary, but a warm family gathering dinner. My Kao Fu and Yee Yee kept telling silly joke at the end of the dinner, made everyone had a belly laugh. What a best dessert after all!
