A Memorable Moment to end 2009...
27th - 31st Dec 2009... My beloved Tai Poh left us and rested in peace in the morning of 27th Dec... No doubt her passing was a sad milestone for my family, but we were grateful for having her with us for so many years, she lived a long and full life. We were so blessed that we could be with her till the last moment.
I knew mummy was very sad, thus i tried to cheer her up a bit through out the ceremony. I bet with my companion, my family could handle the sad moment better. A lot of our relatives and friends came and showed their last respect to Tai Poh, which warmed out heart; their thoughtfulness and compassion really meant a great deal to us.
After the funeral, we went home to rest as everyone was exhausted. At night, we went to Kong Kong house and had New Year Eve dinner together... I knew everyone was still adjusting the emotion and feeling towards the lost at this fancy moment... While everyone was celebrating, we preferred to stay home and count down together. Again, i cheered everyone up by being a little barber. Mummy always cut hair for Aaron ah ku and me... it was my turn to cut for her... "Mum, what do you think about your new hair style???"
"Good bye Tai Poh and Happy New Year to all... "
